SPECTRAL CLUSTERING OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL GENETIC DATA

The main purpose of the present paper is to initiate the application of methods from Spectral graph theory to the analysis of multidimensional genetic data, and in particular to the problem of detecting differential expression based on RNA-Seq data. Here we introduce a new algorithm, that is based on the method of Spectral Clustering and integrates an additional information about a priori given relations among the genes.Downloads
